Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Emma Holland Design. We want your jewellery to reach you safely and quickly, so every order is carefully packed and sent with tracking.

Dispatch times
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order being placed. Orders placed over a weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery service
We send all orders via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery times
Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked deliveries typically arrive within 1–2 working days of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as peak periods, severe weather or industrial action.

Tracking your order
Your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you haven't received them within 2 working days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We can't be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but if you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
